Monthly Herbal office hours

Good news! Alexandra is now hosting monthly virtual office hours where you can pop in and bring your questions about any herbal related topics. This is completely free and you can participate in any way you would like: send her a question via email and just show up, show up and ask away or simply show up and listen. Here are some topics she will be covering:

• Plant identification and building our relationship with plants

• Making plant remedies (any questions about vinegars, tinctures, syrups, salves, herbal wines…the list goes on!)

• Plant properties, actions, constituents

• How to harvest plants sustainably

• Botany and plant reproduction

• How to work with dosage

• Any class follow ups and questions
