Every winter, around January/February we fall into the blues…call is SAD (seasonal affective disorder), call it a lack of vitamin D or just a mental and emotional low, we often tend to feel depleted, unmotivated and get the blues this time of year. Luckily, there are simple and effective ways herbs can support and energize our mental and emotional health during this time of year. In this class you will learn how to work it teas, infusions and tinctures and how to dose them to fit your personal needs. We will explore local herbs and lore and introduce herbal protocols specifically for Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Please note that our home is accessible via NJT, class schedule is designed to accommodate train schedules from the Harriman Station. We will pick you up and drive you back to the station. A delicious home cooked lunch is included.
