Herbs are not a magic solution, but they are magic, and they do know quite a bit about building long term health. In this workshop we will explore ways to encourage and maintain flexible bones, resilient skin and strong hair.
Bones, skin and hair are particularly susceptible to changes in hormones, diet, and stress as we go through life’s transformations. Some of these changes are cosmetic, some are foundational. Regardless, they affect our quality of life just the same. When prepared correctly, consistently working with plants such as stinging nettle, rosemary, horsetail, oat straw, red raspberry leaf, seaweed and more can help support bone density, skin elasticity and hair growth.
This is a hands on workshop where we will explore various preparations and herbal regimens to build long term health.
